Some wines command attention through their sheer obviousness, while others do so through their distinct character and depth. Aquino belongs to this lineage of wines defined by personality, where structure emerges from the dialogue between altitude and precision in the cellar. Here, the expression of Provence gains breadth without ever losing the crisp definition that marks the estate’s spirit.
This cuvée is a selection from specific vineyard plots situated on clay-limestone soils rich in bauxite. At an altitude of 400 meters, cool nights temper the wine’s power and extend its texture. The winemaking process is gentle and non-intrusive, relying on gravity to preserve the fruit’s integrity and the purity of the juice.
In the glass—whether rosé, white, or red—Aquino offers a richer, deeper experience. It reveals its complexity in layers: notes of frangipane and orange zest for the rosé; candied citron and roasted aromas for the white; or garrigue and dark fruit for the red. It is a wine with body and a lingering presence on the palate that never feels heavy.
White, Rosé, Red — three expressions of the same terroir, three ways to enter the world of Aquino.
