These terms and conditions govern the sale of wines by BASTIDE DE BLACAILLOUX, located at Domaine de Blacailloux, 83170 Tourves.
The prices of our products are listed in euros, including all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes as of the date of the order), unless otherwise specified, and do not include processing and shipping fees.
For orders shipped to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) in question. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be applicable. These duties and fees are not the responsibility of BASTIDE DE BLACAILLOUX. You will be responsible for them and bear full responsibility for both filing the necessary declarations and making payments to the relevant authorities and agencies in your country. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
BASTIDE DE BLACAILLOUX reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed, subject to availability.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete, so that the items can be resold as new, and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice. You are responsible for ensuring this. Any damage sustained by the product during the return process may result in the loss of your right of withdrawal. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete products will not be accepted for return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, BASTIDE DE BLACAILLOUX will refund the customer the full amount paid as soon as possible and no later than fourteen days after BASTIDE DE BLACAILLOUX receives the products returned by the customer in accordance with the terms set forth in this article.
Our products are available as long as they are displayed on the website https://boutique.blacailloux.fr/ and while supplies last. For products not in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
If a product is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled, and no charge will be made to your account.

All complaints, requests for exchanges, or refund requests must be submitted by email or phone within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received them, along with all included items (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). Shipping costs will be refunded based on the amount charged, and return shipping costs will be refunded upon presentation of proof of payment.
