Cette année, la récolte a été particulièrement précoce, avec près de 15 jours d’avance en raison des conditions météorologiques intenses de cet été. Pendant trois semaines, toutes les équipes ont donné le meilleur d’elles-mêmes, dans les vignes comme en cave, pour accompagner chaque grappe, de la parcelle jusqu’à la cuve. . The 2026 harvest comes to an end at Blacailloux ! This year, the harvest was particularly early, starting nearly two weeks ahead of schedule due to the intense weather conditions we experienced this summer.
